Charity auction for Forest & Bird, released October 2016.

Cats have a good life. They eat, sleep and lick their butts; Not a bad way to spend a day. When they’re not doing this, they’re pretty also good at nibbling on our native wildlife. Not so good for our chirpy bird friends. We need our cats to take it easy, like this guy.

100% of winning bid goes towards the good efforts of Forest & Bird. Original work created as part of Orcon’s Designer Series project.

Acrylic on acid-free 600g Leonardo stock & custom matt board mounted. Framed dimensions 485w x 640h x 40d in oak frame. Authenticated via artist signature and authentication certificate.

“Look down on me”, work #06, released May 2016.

A work about perspective, judgement and ignorance. Public artists, of course, face public scrutiny. This release makes comment on the outdated opinions held about me, my community of artists and our medium of work. The subject in this artwork is, like many creatives, unfazed about being looked down upon. Triple glazed acrylic & enamel on raw ply box board.

Dimensions 500 h x 400 w x 40 d. Dated & authenticated via artist signature, authentication certificate and concealed message on back of artwork.
